The master bedroom boasts a luxurious emperor-sized bed (7ft by 7ft) with a plush topper for ultimate comfort. The ensuite restroom offers both a tub and a shower for added convenience. A spacious wardrobe ensures ample storage, and the room also includes a dedicated study area. This is the largest and most well-appointed room in the holiday home.

Adjacent to the master bedroom are two additional rooms, each furnished with a UK king-size bed (6ft by 6ft) with comfortable toppers, ensuring a restful stay.

The WiFi for this floor is conveniently located in the lobby, where guests can also enjoy a selection of board games for leisure (snooker, chessboard, Lodo & Scrabble)

The downstairs room features a full double bed (6ft by 4.5ft) with a cozy topper, providing a comfortable and inviting space.

The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, gas extractor, microwave and a refrigerator with both fridge, and freezer compartments. For your convenience, pots, a kettle, plates, a bread toaster, and a blender are provided for your use. To ensure proper care, please take a moment to read the instructions on how to use these items. A printed "How to Use" guide has been thoughtfully placed in the kitchen for your convenience.
